Uplifting & the Essence of Wellbeing
I blend evidence-based psychological tools with a warm, personalised approach. Because transformation doesn’t come from theory alone; it comes from feeling deeply seen, supported, and understood.
Through 1:1s and group work, I help individuals uncover who they truly are beneath the layers, and develop a stronger sense of self-understanding . Step by step we will break through old patterns, reconnect with your purpose, and build lives that feel aligned, balanced, and meaningful.
In the corporate world, I guide teams to move beyond surface-level fixes. My focus is on cultivating genuine harmony, resilience, and emotionally intelligent leadership; the kind that transforms not just performance, but workplace culture as a whole.
I also work 1:1 with founders and entrepreneurs, offering tailored support to help them navigate the high stakes, deep doubts, and identity shifts that come with building something from the bottom up. I know the emotional weight this path can carry. I’m here to make sure you don’t carry it alone.
At the core of it: I’m here to hold space.
A space that’s safe, inclusive, and rooted in deep care. Where you, your team, or your organisation can explore, evolve, and rise into your next chapter with clarity, strength, and purpose.

My journey into the world of wellbeing has taken me through some incredible places. From the University of Bristol to the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre and HarvardX, where I dove deep into neuropsychology, mental health, and leadership.
At 23, I stepped into one of my proudest roles: becoming one of the youngest NHS General Managers for a county-wide wellbeing service, helping to reshape how communities receive support, and confront loneliness. At the same time, I’ve spent years in academia, teaching Master’s level students in Organisational Psychology, Research Methods, and supervised dissertations through UNICAF — blending theory with real-world application.
If you’ve ever googled something about ADHD or social anxiety, you might’ve come across my writing. I was a contributing writer for SimplyPsychology, a publication read by over 4 million people each month, where I shared insights into how we think, feel, and grow.
Beyond work, I’m an artist at heart. Photography is one of the ways I stay connected to the present. My work has been exhibited in local and international galleries, featured in competitions, and used to support charitable causes. I believe creativity is not a luxury, but a lifeline, a way to express what words can’t always reach.
All of this — every study, every role, every lesson — is in service of one mission:
To help you reconnect with your purpose, find what’s holding you back, and work on stepping into a life that feels right for you.
If you choose to walk down this path together, then wherever you’re starting from, I’m honoured to walk alongside you.
